Born in Samsun Merkez in 1974, he completed his primary and secondary education in Samsun. He graduated from Konya Selçuk University Faculty of Dentistry in 1998.
Between 2000 and 2007, he practiced privately. From 2007 to 2008, he worked as a dentist at Amasya Oral and Dental Health Center. From 2008 to 2012, he served as Deputy
Chief Physician at Samsun Oral and Dental Health Hospital, responsible for inventory and consumable materials, clinical equipment and operational procedures, information
technology, automation, and consumable and inventory procurement. From 2008 to 2018, he actively practiced dentistry at Samsun Oral and Dental Health Hospital. Since 2018,
he has been working as the Deputy Chief Physician at Samsun Oral and Dental Health Hospital. He is fluent in English and proficient in computer skills.
