He was born in Samsun in 1970. He completed his primary and secondary education in Samsun and his high school education in Konya. He is a graduate of Hacettepe University
School of HealthAdministration.In 1994, he worked as the deputy director at Samsun Women's and Children's Hospital. In 2012, he took on the role of Hotel Services Manager at the
same hospital.In 2015, he served as the deputy director at Samsun Training and Research Hospital. As of 2024, he continues his duties as the deputy director at Samsun Oral and
Dental Health Hospital.He is married and has three children.
