Born in Samsun in 1979. Graduated from Samsun Anatolian High School in 1997, and from Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Dentistry in 2003.Worked as a private
dentist in Kastamonu between 2003-2004 and in Samsun between 2005-2013.Worked at Giresun Alucra District State Hospital between 2013-2015, at Samsun Terme State Hospital
between 2015-2024,and at Samsun Provincial Health Directorate Health Services Presidency between 2024-2025.As of July 23, 2025, he continues his duties as Deputy Chief Physician
at Samsun Oral and Dental Hospital.
