Emin Kazım ŞEN
Born in Samsun on January 10, 1968. Completed primary, secondary, and high school education in Samsun (Samsun Religious High School and Samsun Health Vocational High School).
Graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1994. Worked as a freelance lawyer in Samsun (1997-2020), and served as a council member in Samsun İlkadım and Metropolitan
Municipalities (1999-2014).Worked at Samsun and Istanbul central health centers (1988-1997), Ankara Environmental and Occupational Diseases Hospital, Ministry of Health
Legal Services (2020-2021), and Samsun Oral and Dental Health Hospital Patient Rights Unit (2021-2025).As of December 26, 2025, he was appointed as the deputy director
of Samsun Oral and Dental Health Hospital. He has two published poetry books.
